At the Center small leaves are coming ...You Should not disturb the Crown

because from that only the New Leaves come.

Cut the Base of the Each Leaf by not Disturbing the Crown

From that Center Part only the New Leaves upto 4 Harvests.

Leave the 5th Harvest to get seeds.

After Harvesting

You can see the Dried Stalks around the Plant.

Once it's Ready for second harvest!
